Personal Training

We offer the best customized training to help you accomplish your fitness goals. We are highly skilled, experienced and well educated in 1-on-1 training to help you get to your goals. Whether you strive to lose weight, tone up, get off unwanted pregnancy weight or just get healthy we will work with you to develop a plan that will get you there.

Boot Camp

Sweat Atlanta bootcamps are fun, dynamic, and always a great total body workout. We offer wide variety of equipment to always keep your body challenged. We use elements of cross training which includes segments of cardio followed by segments of full body muscle conditioning. The equipment often used in our bootcamps include: medicine balls, resistance bands, speed parachutes, agility ladders, hurdles, cones and much more. We offer options to make this workout appropriate for any fitness level.

Sports Training

Our Sport Specific Training is designed for any sport or aspiring athlete. The trainings can be modified for any athletic level including beginners, elite or professional athletes. Options include: speed and agility training, soccer drill training, marathon training, track and field training, and much more.
