Outdoor Boot Camps

By Appointment

10:00am-11:00am

Sessions are by appointment.  Please bring a towel and water bottle if you would like.  Each sessions is taught differently (circuit, tabata, HIIT, etc) and will always include full body strength segments (arms, chest, back, abs, glutes and legs) as well as calorie torching cardio segments.  This workout is good for any fitness level and safe for all age.  Get a chance to use equipment like combat ropes, resistance bands, agility ladders, medicine balls and more.

 

Stadium Workouts

Sundays by appointment

These one of a kind workouts are the absolute perfect way to get in the best shape of your life. We utilize a stadium environment using bleachers, the track, hurdles, tractor tires, weighted sled and more to deliver a one of a kind fat torching, muscle toning workout.

Group Fitness Classes
