Sweat Atlanta’s Natural Cleanse Day #3 (Recipe)

Hey everyone, glad to hear some of you are following along on our all natural juice cleanse. I was told by many people that the first two days were the hardest and WOW were they right. We began the all natural cleanse Monday and by Tuesday I was struggling. I fought through the desire to jump headfirst into a chocolate cake and most definitely by Wednesday I was feeling better.

Again, we have chosen to replace all meals with these all natural smoothies but replacing just breakfast or lunch is a great way to integrate a healthy option into your life.

Here is what we enjoyed on DAY #3:

Crazy for ‘Nanas

1 Cup Coconut Water
1 Cup Filtered Water
1 Banana
1 Green Apple
1 Peach
2 Cups Kale
1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Oil

Combine everything in your Vitamix or blender, mix and enjoy!
