1 of Sweat Atlanta’s Corporate Wellness clients named “Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers”

Sweat Atlanta is on the property 6 times a week (morning and afternoon) providing fitness sessions, weight training classes, group fitness classes, nutrition counseling and measurement/body fat testing. Case-Mate has proven to be a company that LOVES their employees and has offered a great wellness plan FREE to all of their employees.

With the world we live in this is a crucial part of running a business. We are surrounded by high fat processed foods, busy lifestyles which keep us chained to a desk and away from a fitness regiment, and high stress which leads to early and unwarranted diseases and health problems. So taking care of your employees physical and mental health plays a large part in the company’s overall productivity and longevity.

We want to celebrate the commitment Case-Mate has made to their employees health. These wellness programs lead to less sick days, a happier staff, longer tenure of staffers and an overall better vibe and team unity in a company.

Last week Case-Mate was named one of ATLANTA’s TOP TEN HEALTHIEST EMPLOYERS. Case-Mate and Sweat Atlanta were present at the Georgia Aquarium for a great awards ceremony with Mayor Kasim Reed in attendance. Congrats to Case-Mate for this prestigious award. We have been very happy to help you all achieve your health goals.

Here is what Nancy Geraghty from Case-Mate writes:
